Tracking shows package was delivered, but I haven't received it
Once a package leaves our warehouse, Shop Lily does not claim any responsibility and issues with unsuccessful deliveries that are a subject of responsibility of the carrier. If the tracking shows that the package was delivered, Shop Lily cannot issue a refund under any circumstance. Any issues concerning this matter should be resolved between the customer and their local carrier that is used to deliver the package.
